Facility Management Maintenance Projects
Hamad International Airport
Since 2013, AKTOR has been delivering integrated Facility Management services under a long-term contract for key infrastructures at Hamad International Airport, highlighting the company’s ongoing role in maintaining Qatar’s critical aviation assets.
Doha Metro & Lusail Tram
AKTOR, leading the ACIFM Joint Venture (Aktor Como Intercity Facilities Management), has been awarded a 20-year contract to manage total Facility Management services for the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram systems, demonstrating the company’s capacity in handling large-scale urban transportation networks.
Road Tunnels Doha
AKTOR QATAR Facilities Management has been entrusted with the Operation and Maintenance of 12 advanced tunnels and 3 underpasses spanning a total of 5,305 meters across Doha, reflecting the company’s specialized expertise in managing complex infrastructure equipped with Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and cutting-edge Mechanical and Electrical systems.
OOREDOO
AKTOR Qatar Facilities Management has been awarded a 3-year contract to provide complete maintenance services across the entire Ooredoo network, covering all national sites and offshore facilities, showcasing the company’s capability in supporting one of Qatar’s most extensive telecommunications infrastructures.
Lusail City Operations & Maintenance for lighting infrastructure
Aktor Qatar, in a Joint Venture with DCA, provides 24/7/365 Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services for the complete lighting infrastructure of Lusail City, ensuring public safety and operational excellence across key districts and road networks.
ASHGHAL ROAD NETWORK OPERATION & MAINTENANCE FRAMEWORK
Aktor Qatar, in Joint Venture with Al Mohanadi for Roads and Trading, has entered into a binding Framework Contract with Ashghal – Public Works Authority for the Operation and Maintenance of the Roads Network across the State of Qatar. Within this framework, the Al Mohanadi – AKTOR JV has been awarded the Qatar North Zone under a five (5) year Work Order.
Construction Projects
Doha Metro Gold Line
Design and construction of the Gold Line metro, with ongoing facility management for Doha Metro and Lusail Tram.
Qatar Airways Aircraft Maintenance Hangar
Design and build (engineering, procurement, construction) of a fully integrated, air-conditioned Aircraft Maintenance Hangar.
Airline Support Facilities
Construction of airline support facilities including Emiri Hangars, Cargo Complex, and GSE Facilities.
Approach and Training Centre (BUATC)
Construction of a training centre with civil construction and MEP/HVAC & PLC installation works.
Simulation Training Centre (NITC)
Construction of a simulation training centre with civil construction and MEP/HVAC & PLC installation works.
Multipurpose Hall at Ali Bin Hamad Al Attiya Arena (Al Sadd)
Construction of a multipurpose sports hall with civil construction and MEP/HVAC & PLC installation works.
