ROAD NETWORK OPERATION & MAINTENANCE FRAMEWORK
Project Overview
Aktor Qatar, in Joint Venture with Al Mohanadi for Roads and Trading, has entered into a binding Framework Contract with Ashghal – Public Works Authority for the Operation and Maintenance of the Roads Network across the State of Qatar. Within this framework, the Al Mohanadi – AKTOR JV has been awarded the Qatar North Zone under a five (5) year Work Order.

Pavement and Road Safety Works

We provide comprehensive routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance for pavement and road safety works, including road pavement, markings and traffic signs, and roadside safety features such as barriers, guardrails, and crash cushions.
Lighting and Intelligent Systems
(Preventive | Corrective )
We provide comprehensive operation, maintenance, and monitoring for lighting and intelligent systems, including streetlighting systems and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) end devices.
Signage and Civil Structures
(Preventive | Corrective )
We provide comprehensive maintenance for signage and civil structures, including the inspection, cleaning, and repair of directional and overhead signage, as well as the upkeep of bridges, underpasses, culverts, and retaining walls.
Miscellaneous Infrastructure and Asset Surveys
(Preventive | Corrective )
We provide comprehensive services for miscellaneous infrastructure and asset surveys, including the maintenance of street furniture, cycleways, and beautification schemes, the management of third-party claims, and the Annual Asset Inventory and Condition Update Survey.
