Operation
(Preventive | Corrective )
We provide comprehensive 24/7 operational services, including the traffic operation of road tunnels and corridors in partnership with Ashghal, direct coordination with MOI, police, and QCDD departments for smooth traffic control, incident support response, and patrolling coverage in areas adjacent to main FIFA stadiums.
Electrical Maintenance

We provide comprehensive preventive and corrective electrical maintenance, including electrical switchboards and switchgear, main boards, submain boards, lighting distribution boards, electric supply generators, UPS systems, and lighting systems.
Fire detection and Fire Suppression Specialized Systems Maintenance
(Preventive | Corrective )
We provide comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance for specialized fire detection and fire suppression systems, including linear heat detection, VESDA gas detection, deluge systems, manual fire alarm points, fire hydrants, extinguishers, breeching inlets, fire hoses, and FM200 clean agent suppression systems.
Tunnel Ventilation Systems Maintenance

We provide comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance for tunnel ventilation systems, including jet fans and axial fans, ventilation controls, VFDs, air quality monitoring equipment (CO, NO, visibility, anemometers), and pressurization systems.
Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Maintenance

We provide comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance for Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), including CCTV, PTZ, LPR, ERT, public address systems (PAVA), Automatic Incident Detection Systems (AID), DMS, LCS, OVMS, and traffic count systems.
PLC / SCADA
(Preventive | Corrective )
We provide comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance for PLC and SCADA systems, including the inspection and maintenance of full PLC, RIO, and SCADA operations and response, backup copies and health monitoring of software stores, and the upgrading and improvement of existing hardware and software systems.
