Electrical Maintenance

We provide comprehensive preventive and corrective electrical maintenance for critical building infrastructure, including electrical panels, distribution boards, motor control centers, lighting control panels, electrical water heaters, central battery systems, automatic transfer switches, intruder detection systems, earthing, lightning protection, and smoke and air curtains.
Mechanical Maintenance

We provide comprehensive preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance and technology support, covering 24/7 BMS operations, DDC control panels, access control, CCTV, public address systems, SCADA, and IT infrastructure.
Fire Detection
& Fire Fighting Maintenance
(Preventive | Corrective )
We provide comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance for fire detection and firefighting systems, encompassing clean agent systems, fire alarm panels and accessories, VESDA systems, firefighting pumps, sprinklers, extinguishers, fire hose cabinets, and fire hydrants.
Architectural & Building Fabric Maintenance
(Preventive | Corrective )
We provide comprehensive preventive and corrective architectural and building fabric maintenance, including sliding doors, fire-rated and normal doors, roller shutters, and façade and roof rain readiness testing.
